42 year old former music instructor and color-guard coach at 5 different Jefferson County schools in Colorado has plead guilty to sexually assaulting a 17 year old girl. It is alleged that Paxton invited the girl over to his home where sexually assaulted her. Presumably the sex was consensual, but that has not been confirmed.
